Introducing our Kennel Staff
Lisa Caswell, Kennel Manager – Friday and Sunday –

Lisa has worked for the Cramers since 2001. She is an excellent kennel manager – comfortable and experienced with animal care. She and her husband, Kelly, operate White Rose Farm where she boards horses and gives riding lessons. The Caswells have a canine household of 5 dogs. Lisa is good at comforting nervous dogs and assisting in grooming responsibilities at the kennel.

Patty Eernisse, Kennel Manager – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – Morning shifts

Patty started working for Green Grove Kennel in the fall of 2005. She is great at customer service and manages the kennel cleaning routines. She lives on a farm, in rural Oostburg, with her husband, Jan. The Eernisses have 2 labs – Copper and Annie. Patty enjoys training classes with Copper. She has been a great asset to the GGK staff.

Tonya, Liz, and Kjersten

These are our teen-age kennel technicians who work in the afternoons, walking, feeding and interacting with our boarders. They clean kennels, do grounds maintenance, help with baths and lots more! All of these teens have and love dogs and are involved in varied aspects of training with their pets.
Welcome our NEW Groomer
Margo Schouten has worked for Green Grove Kennel as a kennel tech while in high school. A 2007 graduate, Margo has decided to pursue a career in Dog Grooming. She came on board as a groomer with us in August of 2007 and is already filling her appointment book. Call Margo today to book a haircut/shampoo for your dog. Call the Training Center at 920-273-0243.
Brian Wiegand, Agility Trainer
Brian Wiegand began training dogs for agility in 2001. His first dog, Quint, was a rescue collie Brian adopted at Green Grove Kennel. He also learned for his then 8yr old mixed breed, Gunner.

After Quint, Gunner and Brian began attending agility classes at Green Grove and competing in trials….they were hooked! Brian then began to “feel the need for SPEED” and adopted Emmy, the Australian Cattledog from the Sheboygan Humane Society. Emmy is still Brian’s #1 Girl and is now joined by Blaze, a young Border Collie who is shooting for a national title this season. A real glutton for punishment, Brian just got himself ANOTHER Border Collie - Tonka, Blaze's little brother, who will soon be following Brian around some blazingly fast courses!

We are really fortunate to have Brian on staff and sharing the secrets of his success with his agility students. To date, 14 dogs from Green Grove Training have reached or exceeded the Open level of competition!
