| How are your fees calculated?
Daily boarding fees begin on your drop-off day and include your day of pick up. So, a stay from Friday through Monday is a four day stay. Kennel appointments are available 7-9am or 5-7pm Monday - Friday and 7am-noon on Saturdays. We also offer courtesy hours on Sundays from 7pm-9pm. Baths are available, if requested at the time of drop off. Additional fees will be calculated for baths/grooming. |

| What do you feed my pet?
We feed high quality kibble diets. We have puppy, adult, lite, & senior formulas. We also offer a sensitive stomach diet for those with touchy tummies. We have a similar line of feline diets.
If your pet is on a special diet, please let us know and bring sufficient amounts to last the length of their stay, plus another few days.
There is no reduction of our daily boarding fee if you bring your own food. |

| What vaccinations are required?
All pets who come to us for boarding, playcare or grooming must be up to date on ALL their vaccinations. For dogs, this includes Rabies, Distemper-Parvo, and 6-month Bordatella. For cats, we require Rabies, Feline Leukemia, and Feline Distemper.
We prefer to speak with your vet to confirm the vaccination information in advance of your drop-off day. We will ask for the clinic name, your vet's name and phone number when you register but you can also bring written documentation with you when you arrive. |

| What is a leash walk??
A leash walk gives your dog time outside of their run. A kennel tech walks them on leash on our quarter mile trail. This gives them a little extra exercise as well as fresh air. Each walk typically lasts 10 minutes.
Our "luxury" boarding suites include four leash walks each day.
Owners who board their pets in our basic kennel accomodations can purchase daily leash walks for a nominal fee.

| What should we bring from home?
Boarding pets require proof of all vaccinations, including kennel cough. Pets must be brought in in a kennel or on a leash. They will be examined for fleas and treated, if necessary, at the owner's expense.
If your pet is on a special diet, please bring sufficient amounts of food for the term of its stay, plus a few additional days. Something could happen to delay your return.
If your pet is on medication, again, bring sufficient supply to cover the time you will be gone, plus a few additional days.
If you feel your dog needs something from home, ask when you make your reservation about items we can allow or not. Examples of what we cannot allow are: pillows, rope toys, carpet squares, tennis balls, or sleeping bags. |

| Do dogs boarded at Green Grove interact with other boarders?
Pets are boarded in their own enclosures. Dogs interact with their neighbors, but are not turned loose together except for playtime/playgroup activities that you sign up for upon admission. Our boarding kennel offers traditional privacy and security for your pet's stay. If you are interested in a more social visit for your dog - check out our PlayCare program. |
